1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.dagomermeri.com, owned by DAGO Mermeri DOOEL Veles (DAGO Mermeri). By accessing and using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the website

The site provides information about DAGO Mermeri’s natural-stone products and enables contact and quote requests. The content is informational in nature.

3. Product information

We strive to keep product descriptions, materials, finishes and dimensions accurate and up to date. Technical errors or deviations are nonetheless possible; only the details confirmed in a written quote are binding.

4. Natural stone variations

Natural stone is a natural material — colour, veining, texture and tone vary from batch to batch and piece to piece. Photographs on the site are illustrative and are not a guarantee of identical appearance. We recommend viewing the stone in person at our warehouse before ordering.

5. Dimensions, availability and stock

Stated dimensions are standard formats. Availability labels (e.g. “In stock”) are informational and refer to the moment of display; availability and exact quantities are confirmed on request. Display of a product on the site does not mean it is always physically available in the requested quantity.

6. Request for quote / enquiry process

Through the contact and quote forms you can send us an enquiry or request a quote. Submitting a form is a request addressed to us, not a confirmed order.

7. Prices and commercial offers

No binding retail prices are published on the site. Prices and terms are determined individually in a written quote, depending on the product, quantity and other conditions, and are valid for the period stated in the quote.

8. Delivery

On request, we can help arrange transport through an external transport company. Delivery cost and timelines depend on quantity, weight and location and are confirmed separately. DAGO Mermeri does not carry out installation.

9. No automatic contract formation

Completing and submitting any form on the site does not automatically create a contract or a binding order. A contractual relationship arises only after mutual confirmation in writing (a quote and its acceptance).

10. Intellectual property

The logo, name, texts, photographs and all content on the site are the property of DAGO Mermeri or used with permission and are protected. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

11. Website content

The content is provided “as is”, with reasonable care for accuracy and timeliness, but without a guarantee that it is entirely free of errors at all times.

12. External links and third-party services

The site contains a Google Maps map (which loads only after you choose “Show map”) and links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), as well as hosting and email-delivery services. We are not responsible for third-party content and terms; their own terms and policies apply. Further details are in our Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited use

You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or functionality, send harmful or automated content (spam), or misuse the forms.

14. Privacy and personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAGO Mermeri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made on the basis of the informational content without prior written confirmation.

We aim for the site to be continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; interruptions are possible due to maintenance or technical reasons.

19. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction under the applicable laws.
